Udo L. Hartmann has a degree in accounting and works as a financial professional in the fields of industrial commerce and finance. He started his career in tax consulting. Prior to his professional work as Interim-Manager he worked for medium sized production companies in Germany and abroad, mainly in the field of corporate finance and corporate affairs. He was also General Manager of a sizeable trading company in Asia where he gained particular international experience of business and culture in this area.
His professional work meets typical requirements of finance and project-related tasks for production and trade, e.g. setting up the commercial management structure of newly established subsidiaries, or of accounting and reporting systems, performing restructuring work or due diligence projects. Udo Hartmann is known as a hands-on leader, able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. He attaches great importance to a modern IT-based working approach and will cooperate with specialized partners when need arises. His work is characterized by independence and impartiality.
